More video game developers are creating titles for smartphones or tablets than any other platform, says a survey conducted by organizers of next month’s Game Developers Conference in San Francisco.

The first annual survey quizzing more than 2,500 North American game developers found 38% released their last game on a mobile device, but 58% plan to release their next titles on smartphones and tablets. read more
